Can VLC read ALL .. and i mean ALL video formats?

Would be nice to use one program instead of ALL the ones in the megapack ..

I like ZoomPlayer, it plays all kinds of video formats out there.

These are the codecs I use with ZoomPlayer:
- DefilerPak: FFDShow with optional components for .ogm, matroska video files, subtitles, and a couple of more things. (No bloat, uninstalls cleanly)
- Real Alternative: Just the codecs to play real media files.
- QuickTime Alternative: Codecs for quicktime files.
- MPEG2 Codec: To play SVCD's, have to have WinDVD, PowerDVD or similar installed.

This should let you play anything. I know there are some standalone MPEG2 codecs out there, but these are usually mediocre or cause problems with other codecs, so im just sticking with WinDVD myself.

i think wow looks like shit but seems no one agrees with me :/

I used to also, it really does look like crash bandicoot IMO...
look here for better analogy

but the sheer fact that EVERYONE is gonna play it, along with
the skills and talents, and just all it has to offer in general compared to what all else is out on the market is Really what draws me in.

No need to upgrade your comp if you can play AO on it really.

It runs great on the old comp I used for AO which is a P3 800, 512Mb and a cheap ATI card with 128Mb memory.

As long as we dont fiddle with the settings after install it runs great. If I up those even a bit it lags a good lot even on my better comp which is a g4 2.4Ghz with a bit better ram.

Well...diablo 2 was quite buggy when released hehe. We'll see if they play their cards right this time.

Other than 1/100 corpses falling halfway into the ground and one mob not being attackable i couldn't find any bugs in the stress test.
