It's a mount. Only Night Elves can use the tiger unless you have Honored reputation in their lands.

Human- horse
Gnome - mechanical ostrage
Dwarf- mountain ram
night elf - tiger

Undead - skeleton horse
Orc-wolf
Tauren-Kodo
troll - raptor

Paladin - Charger
Warlock - Nightmare

There's 1000 gold versions fo each that just look better and are faster level 60 requirement.

What other mounts Doccter?

There's the 1000g mounts, but those are just shiny and whatnot.

And of course the warlock and paladin summoned mounts. But I never heard of pvp reward mounts. Have a link?

It's so fucked up you won't beleive it!!
Honored and Revered (next step) is NOT enough to buy a mount of another faction! You need exalted. And exalted is something you prolly won't get without PvP Battlegrounds activated.

I was so pissed off when i hit 40 on Sunday eve and had far over 90 gold so i went to Darnassus to get a Sabre-Kitty and WTF "only those exalted with the Night Elves are allowed to get a Tiger" So there i stood lvl 40 dwarf rogue Honored with the Night Elves and 90g ready to spend, but they wouldnt let me. I almost attacked the Vendor but that wouldn't have helped me I guess lol. So i went to IF and got me a Brown Ram. I'm used to it now and i think its pretty cool for a Dwarf.

Just be warned cuz the person who told me you "just need honored" can be glad i dont remember who (s)he was o.O
