I don't find language on Euro server to be a problem. I've still to encounter anyone spamming in german/french on general chat. Only times I've seen people speak french or german is if I happen to be in  a group with them, or if they speak in vicinity.
The problem is overhyped, and I expect we'll see even less of them in release, when they can use language-specific servers.

My problem mostly consist of the AO part ( im equally guilty in norwegian speaking ) and in WC3
