I was about to buy a new car, when my dad said "Dangit, I like it. I'll take it."

I get to drive it around tough.

Don't be fooled by its grandpa like exteriors. Its a honda Accord on the inside. With a 2litre Turbo Intercooler engine. With 200bhp.

Wroom wroom. Its really fun to drive :)

Same topspeed as my new! How much 0-60? Mine is 7,4s.

Oh, and one of the sidewindows broke yesterday, the carshop hadn't greased up the windowlift, so when the motor tried to push the window back up, it broke.

:(

Good luck with the customer service on that one Frakk.. you do know they are out of business right? (unless the Chinese start making them :P)
And yeah, they are a bit of an old codgers car.. but invariably packed with extras and a comfy ride.

I've never taken it to the track myself, but according to this site: http://www.albeedigital.com/supercoupe/articles/0-60times.html

0-60 is 6.4 seconds
and the 1/4 mile is 14.7 seconds

what i find ironic is this is a 4-door luxury car, and those numbers beat that of Mustang GTs listed there all the way up to 1999 - not to mention the car weighs 5000 lbs (5 000 pounds = 2 267.96185 kilograms)

I've never broken 90.

I drive 55 unless I'm on the freeway, then I range from 75-85 depending on the flow of traffic.

No tickets, still alive, no accidents due to speeding (a fender bender in a blizzard that was my fault and I got rear ended twice)

I hope you all die

And grats to Ahio for being smartz!  Minivans are the best.  I drive a Chevy Prizm/Toyota Corolla
I miss the good old days.

Aye speed isn't good, unless you have the experience and skill to controll it, and even if you do, you don't, still there are things about human nature that will never change, like not wanting to die of old age and have "hada claen driving licence for 70 years" on your tombstone, humans are self destructive and we enjoy the edge, the edge of all things, like every major town or city, is on a natural boundery, hell look at missippi oO

peace

have fun paying for gas in your 5000 pound 300 horsepower luxury car

I likes it.  Only prob is that I'm a big fuckin' dude (6'4" 280 lbs, yeah I gotta lose weight) and the steering wheel doesn't tilt, the cup holder jabs my leg when open, I can't move the seat up more than about an inch with people sitting behind me, etc.  A friend tells me that every time I get out of my car it's like my car is "giving birth."

I guess I nullify my smart driving and economical car with an incredibly unhealthy lifestyle, but whatever.  Cigs, beer, vodka, pizza, and the occasional marijuana cigarette are here to stay at least for a couple more years (alcohol and pizza probably forever)
I miss the good old days.

You might want to research the northstar engine a little more also. The Chevy Prizm gets no better than 28 mpg highway while the Cadillac STS, almost twice as heavy as the Prizm, gets 22 mpg highway. You truely under estimate the efficiency of the 32 valve DOHC V-8, if you don't understand what makes it run so well in the first place, but don't take it from me. Enjoy putting around in your daddy's little girl prizm with your knees wedged up under the dash, the seat belt jabbing you in the kidney, your head brushing the already hanging headliner while you rest your shen on the window crank, waiting for the heater to warm up on a lovely michigan winter morning while I'm sitting on heated leather seats reclined just enough to relax, listening to my premium Bose sound system while waiting for the heated side mirrors to defog (dont get me started on the comparison of the ride itself). Let's not even mention the fact that I drive no more than 50 miles a week, so ironically, I probably spend less on gas than you do. Yeah, I think I'll pay for those 6 miles each gallon, and while I'm at it, I'll see if I can get up to 120 (mph) before I merge onto the highway.

Oh, Rover is still alive ;) It went out for a couple of years, but it is back in buisness. We bought it from a Subaru/Rover dealer in my Town, so service and such = no problemos. :)

Oh, and it is a Honda Underneeth, so I could in theory drive it to a Honda dealer and get it fixed.

I still got my Toyota Corolla tough. (86mod). Rawr.

I never had the luxury to drive a car that goes faster than 220 Km/h (i guess thats ~130mph) and that one time i did that i was stoned as fuck driving back from Holland with a pound of weed in my trunk. Next day i was pissed at myself for being so stupid, if the cops wouda catch me, i'd prolly gotten jail time for that.

Ever since i dont drive if i'm more than just a little stoned or drunk and i dont cross the border with more than an ounce on me. Speeding I do all the time though as it is legal here in Germany ;-p
"The FBI and police threatened, instigated, and themselves conducted break-ins, vandalism, assaults, and beatings. The object was to frighten dissidents and disrupt their movements. In the case of radical Black and Puerto Rican activists (and later Native Americans), these attacks—including political assassinations—were so extensive, vicious, and calculated that they can accurately be termed a form of official 'terrorism'."
