I know what you're all thinking "but its to help nerf the low hp nt bitches"

but as johnwayne rightly said, there are many other possible solutions to fixing that without nerfing other profs

but as usual FC takes the fucking lazy out of everything and just decides to nerf ALL abosorbs (bio, dmg shields, both FI's) to make it easier for their shitty coders

i mean how the hell are us pistol advs gonna pvp without bio? our dmg isnt high enough to depend on acrobat solely

Don't end the rant, nerfing layers, fine it wasnt that big of a hit 700ish absorb ... big deal.  But totally killing bio is beyond lame a better fix would have been to remove the - body dev items the nt's use to get those super low hp set ups.  That alone would have raised their hp enough to make layers in effective.

And to think I was going to play my enf when I came back from a break, maybe I'll just make the break permanent as fc is enjoying breaking the game.

ok? thats fucking bullshit, why nerf cocoon when NTs dont even fucking get it? each class is given tools to better themselves in pvp/pve situations.  for engis/keepers/enfs/advs, one of these tools was cocoon, and now its basically been made useless, because one as, one FA, one good nuke can eliminate cocoon and then what?

nerfing a 10k absorb is ridiculous, one of the main things that made enf/adv/keepzor such good tanks were their ability to absorb dmg (engys tend not to tank as much  :-P)

wth is this bullshit Silirrion is posting about there being no other way to fix low hp nts? many possible solutions  have been said but fc is too lazy to try a solution that would take more than 5 mins of coding to do..

and what happens to all the opifex cocoon chars? with their dark blue stam and body dev, they're absolutely fucked if they pvp or even get agg from a high lvl mob.. now they cant be saved in the nick of time by bio if its set to a certain amount dependant on ur hp

the only reason to keep a high lvl bio around is for the heal perks (which have saved my ass on many occasions)

well, it doesnt really change pve cause theres no dmg cap on mob dmg anyway, but pvp side of bio is gone, especially with people being able to hit so damn hard now

My advy couldn't pvp to begin with.. you mean they made it worse for me?

Doesn't bother me so much because I don't really PVP in game mostly because I don't know how to really do it right and so even my well done enf can't pvp a MA same lvl and you would think that I would have done otherwise. Oh well.. Guess I have more reason to not PvP if anything

Well at 220 AND specially more with Le,80% of the AO players Pvp,and maybe 70% of them are cocoon professions.Could you imagine how many person will cancel their accounts after the patch? i see it coming

since the change only applies for pvp and since when does anyone tank anything in pvp ? actually I think it's not so bad as everyone cries. of course I don't pvp on Ulna since she's sitting nekkid with no IP spent in anything in a backyard  :-D

remember when the overequipping patch was suppose to kill the game?

even if cocoon gets nerfed in pvp, it won't kill ao, give me a break........... take a deap breath
