RULES

?Don't do anything that will cause guild leadership trouble, without good reason (MOST IMPORTANT RULE)

?When Storm does a raid of any noticeable size you have to listen to the raid leader (and other officers helping with running the raid)

?Loot. We do not have a fixed policy on loot, other than to be considerate when asking for an item.*

*When we do Storm raids all of us should try to follow a need/greed principle when asking for items. This works well currently, but we might implement more clearly defined rules for this in the future. When it comes to selling loot obtained from Storm raids, we have removed the old rule because of changes in the game and type of raids that we do. Officers can decide to give certain items to Storm members outside of loot order, ie. profession specific items.

?Conflicts - The Guild Channel is not the place to settle differences. Accusations and/or disputes are not to be settled using the guild channel. Conflicts between 2 members must be settled via private messages. Any conflicts that require the attention of 1 or more officers will be settled by creating a temporary channel. As any violation of this rule violates "The #1 Rule", it must incur a heavy penalty.

?Offensive Language - What may not be considered offensive to some, may be considered to another as completely unacceptable. This is what makes regulating language difficult. Also as a rebellion clan, we are entitled to our freedom of speech. Therefore, this is not a rule against language, but a rule of common courtesy instead. If any member feels another member is being offensive in the guild channel, they must first ask that member to please moderate their language. If the problem persists, an officer must be notified.

?Towers. There is currently no set limit on towers per account, but we aim to be fair and all Storm members have equal rights to towerspots. This mean that officers will have the responsibility of opening up spots for members who want or need a towerspot. We will be taking the spot from those who owns most towers. In the future we might make a limit on towers placed for personal benefits (this does not include high quality turrets and SAMs)

?Do not engage nor assist in any attack on another guilds base without the permission from an officer.

?Participation in NW is optional, but defense of tl7 sites owned by Storm is mandatory. This also includes helping the guild with the transfer and retaking of tl7 tower sites owned by Storm.*

*Since a large number of attacks are only griefing of bases, we do not expect every member to participate in defense against these. In the case of a full scale attack or should an officers require the whole guild to help defend against griefing, we expect all online members of Storm to help in whatever way they can. Helping in NW can also imply providing buffs, f-grid, warps or scout for enemies. Since every member of Storm benefit from having org contracts, owning bases is something we expect all members to help maintain.

?Alts. All your alts in Storm has to be added by using the !alts add command on Stormsbot
?People outside Storm should not be playing/using characters/accounts by members of Storm.*

*We do not have a rule prohibiting people from account sharing, but we do not recommend it either. In the past people have been hacked/scammed/banned because of account sharing. If you do decide to share accounts, keep it within the org and be open about who is playing who when you log on.

Failure to abide by these rules will result in a warning/demotion/removal being issued.
